Having worked as a local travel Agent in the heart of Airlie Beach for the past 9 years, Patricia saw the need for a quality distribution and promotion service for the products she had become so extensively familiar with.

Due to the general staff turnover in the region (being a tourism destination), tour operators were constantly having to inform and train the new sales staff in their product as well as distributing the brochures.
